I was privileged enough to witness the beautiful birth of Ciara.  The day began bright and early.  Mom was prepped for a Caesarean Birth whilst Dad attended the paper work.  As much as having a second baby is a known territory, I really think it is just as terrifying as your first.  There is the unknown.  Is your baby going to be okay on this earth.  Will she survive and will Mom handle the healing process well.

All went smoothly with Baby Ciara’s Birth.  She came out with her arms spread as if to say ‘Here I am!’  A huge hug for Mom and Dad!   Ciara was cleaned and placed onto Mom’s chest.  Her big eyes admired the world around her and locked onto her Mom and Dad.  It was love at first sight!
