I met with Cisca and her beautiful daughter, Madison, at Boschendal Wine Estate in Franschhoek. They live in the Netherlands and come to SA to visit family. Boschendal is a special farm as Cisca mom had preciously worked there, and so we decided to do some Mom and Daughter photographs in and around the farm. Mom had warned me that Madison was not in the greatest of mood. With this warning, I put on my friendly smiley face, knelt down to her level and made her feel comfy. She was wonderful! We let her play and run around. We blew bubbles and looked at flowers! She really was great! 😉 Madison only speaks Dutch, yet she understand English. Wow, at 21 months, it is simply amazing what these little minds know and learn! Here we are, introducing little Madison…
This little girl, Marina, is just ADORE-ABLE! In every way. She is so sweet; calm and gentle. What a treat photographing her. She reminded me of myself as a young girl; very shy and subdued. Trying to get some smiles out of her took some work on my part, but man, even the photographs of her with no smiles are gorgeous! 😉 I would be so proud to be her mum! Lucky mummy, Suzie!
